Independent Reviews

You may want to ensure your financial statements have been given a thorough formal review by an independent third party, however your business is not large enough for a formal audit. An Independent Review is an alternative assurance engagement where the independent reviewer provides limited assurance on a set of annual financial statements when compared to that of the reasonable assurance provided by the external auditor.

This includes the Compilation of Annual Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS and IFRS for SMEs and assurance in the form of Independent Reviews of financial statements in accordance with ISRE 2400 and the Companies Act.

This is a cost-effective assurance approach if you are not required to be audited.
