Compilation of Annual Financial Statements

We will handle the compilation of the annual financial statements on your behalf. This is completed in order to better understand the performance, liquidity, and cash flow of your business.

Section 90 of the new Companies Act of South Africa requires that independence be more notable in the Accounting and Auditing industry. One of the requirements stipulated by the Companies Act is that the same firm of Auditors or Accountants may not compile and review/audit the same registered Company or Close Corporation.
